How Our Network Works
Start with your project details

Know who you are speaking with
Googtogoinsurance Floor Coating connects homeowners with independent local providers. It does not send an installation crew or perform floor coating work. At the start of a conversation, ask whether you are speaking with the referral service or a provider. Confirm the business name that would appear on your estimate and contract.
Calls are answered Mon-Fri 9am-9pm ET. Those hours describe phone availability, not appointment times or when coating work takes place.
Help the provider understand the slab
A provider may ask for your ZIP code, approximate floor size, and how you use the room. Describe peeling finishes, oil stains, uneven patches, or cracks that seem to change. Mention water entry after storms and damp areas near basement walls or sump pumps.
In an older home, past repairs can affect the proposed preparation. If you do not know what was applied before, say so. Photos may help start the discussion, but they may not replace an on-site assessment.
Put the proposed work into plain words
Use a few direct questions to understand an estimate:
- How will you assess moisture and the existing surface?
- Which repairs are included, and which need separate pricing?
- How will you prepare the concrete for the coating?
- Why are you proposing this coating system for this space?
- What texture, care, and use restrictions should I expect?
- What happens if you find another problem during preparation?
Ask who would perform the work and who handles questions afterward. Confirm payment terms and any warranty exclusions before signing.
Give each estimate a fair comparison
Two prices may describe different jobs. One might include removing an old finish; another might assume bare concrete. Ask providers to clarify those differences in writing. Also discuss how cold conditions or summer humidity could affect the schedule and application.
You choose whether to hire a provider. There is no obligation, and an introduction from Googtogoinsurance Floor Coating does not replace your own review of the proposed work or the provider’s qualifications.
Begin with the questions you already have
Send your floor details through the request form, including anything you are unsure about. A local provider can discuss the project and whether an assessment makes sense. For phone assistance, Request a callback to check provider availability.
