How to Share a Complaint

When the Concern Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are separate businesses. They manage their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer care. For a problem with completed floor coating work, first explain your concern to the provider in writing. Keep copies of your correspondence.

Let us know too. Feedback helps us assess integrity within the network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Googtogoinsurance Floor Coating cannot resolve contractual disputes, handle warranty claims, return money charged by a provider or represent that business.

How We Handle Your Message

We acknowledge complaints by email, normally within a few business days. We then examine the concern and may contact the provider as part of that process. After reviewing it, we explain our findings and any action we intend to take.

Asking for Another Review

If our response leaves the issue unresolved, reply to request a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, a consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. A state licensing board may be another option when the provider is a licensed contractor.
